Besides all the cars, show goers also had the chance to check out various interactive displays and booth from our many sponsors. The Monster Lounge was packed throughout the event, as people chilled while sipping the latest flavors of their energy drinks. They also entered to win a Kawasaki ZX 14 Street Bike, while hanging with the Kawasaki Street Bike Team, including Rickey Gadson, Jason Britton, Kane 'Insane' Friesen, and the Monster Girls!
The TIS & Dropstars Wheels display featured the DUB Edition Ford Taurus SHO that isn’t even out yet! Not available for purchase until later this year, its 365-hp twin-turbo EcoBoost V6, all-wheel-drive and plenty of upgrades makes it one SHO-worthy vehicle, as seen by the heavy traffic the booth had throughout the event. Other popular booths included Xbox 360’s Gaming Arcade, our special “Tribute to Lowriding” display and of, course our concert stage was a huge hit! Fans were hyped to see like Chamillionaire, 2 Pistols, Gorilla Zoe, King James II and Tum Tum perform their latest singles.
Thanks to everyone who made it out to the Dallas tour stop, both show goers and exhibitors alike. We can’t wait to see what the other cities have in store for us as we embark on the rest of the 2009 DUB Show Tour!
