DUB Magazine’s D-Day 2009 Presented by TAG Recap! For D-Day’s comeback show, the weather in So. Cal was beautiful - a perfect setting for the outdoor event that was held on Sunday, October 18 at the National Orange Show in San Bernardino. It was literally the ultimate automotive festival as 13,000 people showed up to see more than 1600 custom cars, trucks, motorcycles and everything in between, more than 100 booths, and some amazing performances. Nick Cannon and Power 106’s DJ Felli Fel hosted all the day’s festivities.

More than 40 of the nation’s largest car clubs competed to take home prizes totaling more than $25,000, which made for some sweet eye candy every whereever you looked. Two of the biggest car clubs, Nokturnal and Swift, each had their own sections at the show. Whether you preferred monster trucks, exotic rides or tricked-customs, D-Day had something for everyone.

Besides the numerous cars were entertaining booths and exhibitions. The Monster Zone provided free samples of their energy beverages and featured the Kawasaki Street Bike Team, including Rickey Gadson, Jason Britton, Kane 'Insane' Friesen, and the Monster Girls! There were also live demonstrations of freestyle motocross where guests experienced some crazy and insane stunts by Kane “Insane” Friesen. The Famous Stars and Straps riders were also in action, as J-Beats, Warren Jamez, and Famous Crow were all on hand doing some of the sickest tricks and stunts. For those who love machines on two wheels, Motorpsycho magazine’s booth showcased some of the best customized Harley's we've ever seen.

West Coast Customs brought out some killer rides like their Rockstar GTO, an electrifying blue Bentley, and also showcased their new line of Wrench clothing. The RMD Group booth boasted Topo’s widebody Charger and owner Ralph Houlgin’s Audi R8 and classic Impala. Uniq’s booth featured some impressive exotics like a Bentley convertible, Aston Martin, Lambo and Ferrari. Lexani had a huge wheel display in their booth, while the TIS/Dropstars booth featured some of the 2010 products. Artist OG Abel was on hand at his clothing booth, where he worked on a live mural during the show. A new feature to the DUB Show was the Cosa Nostra Bullyz booth, which housed the finest American Bullies in the world, featuring the award-winning King Gotti.

Metal Mulisha

Metal MulishaThe bad guys...

They step onto the scene and command attention. They’re the ones who break all the rules…sometimes, while laughing at you. Ironically, you have to admit that it just wouldn’t be the same without them. You might even cheer for them because deep down inside, everybody wishes they had the audacity to do any of that and get away with it!
